Our people create the fun in Warwick Castle and bring the history to life – and for that you need to want to talk to our guests and make them feel special!
We offer a range of front-line customer-facing roles at various times of the year:
Our Food & Beverage team members work either within our exciting themed restaurants – the mediaeval themed Undercroft Restaurant or the Coach House – or on our external barbecue or seasonal units. These roles provide the opportunity to create memorable magic moments for our guests whilst enjoying yourself too! For more information on this type of role please visit the Profiles Page.
Our Retail team members work within our shops and external units, interacting with our guests throughout their visit and ensuring they take away lasting memories and reminders of their magical day out.
Our Admissions team is based at the entrance to the site. The team ensures that our guests are given the warmest of welcomes on their arrival and that they are able to purchase their tickets quickly and efficiently.
We also recruit team members to work as Guides and External Support – our Customer Services Team - to help bring history to life for guests from around the world and to deal with all kinds of customer enquiries. In addition to these roles we have seasonal positions within Car Parks, Grounds & Gardens and Stores, all of which demand the ability to provide the highest levels of customer service and work as part of a friendly and committed team.

All of our roles require people who are switched on to customer service and serious about fun! You'll work indoors and outdoors, come rain or shine, and you'll have a natural talent for making people smile and enjoy themselves.
We look ideally for people who can work any five days a week. But if this isn't possible, we're also able to offer flexible hours which balance our needs with yours.
