Operational management roles
As well as the management roles within our professional functions, we have a wide range of operational management roles in our retail, food & beverage, attractions, entertainment and admissions teams. From Supervisors and Team Leaders all the way up to Heads of Department, there are opportunities here for those with all levels of experience.
Thousands of guests a day at peak times mean all these roles offer real hands-on responsibility. Indeed, many also involve working as the site Duty Manager on a roster basis – overseeing the daily operation of the whole Castle.
