Fun, exciting, fast-paced. Not only does that describe the Castle. It sums up what the jobs are like here too. There’s a whole host of them – customer facing, behind the scenes, professional, managerial, as well as acting and performing. And they attract a wide range of people – everyone from 16 to 76.
But even though we’re a diverse team with a huge range of skills, we all have three key things in common: personality, personality and personality. We don’t care if you can’t remember dates of famous battles or how many wives Henry VIII had. It’s a positive, fun and upbeat attitude, a strong service ethic and a great sense of humour that are important, no matter where you work or what you do.
