History brought bang up to date!
Warwick Castle might be well over 1,000 years old, but make no mistake, we’re definitely no museum. We’re alive with history you can touch, taste, smell and hear, as well as see. Alongside towers, ramparts and regal state rooms, there are living, breathing knights and princesses, jousters and jesters, rat catchers and plague victims. Romance and chivalry rub shoulders with battles and torture chambers. And guests can wield swords, fire arrows, feast at a medieval banquet or laugh and scream in our blood-curdling Castle Dungeon.
It’s a highly interactive experience, made even more so by confident employees – from actors and attraction hosts to catering and retail assistants – who go out of their way to engage with and chat to guests and get a real buzz out of putting a smile on their faces.
